    Thanks for the great plugin.

    We are using a plugin called “WC Fields Factory” to add custom checkout fields in our website.

    When the user receives the email you send after abandoning the cart, the link inside the email is taking the user to fill the billing data and then make the payment, but I can see that the custom fields’ values get lost.

    So my question: is this issue related to your plugin or the Fields Factory plugin? I mean, do you recover the cart state as it should be?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We have not added any support to WC Field Factory plugin.Hence all the custom field is lost in recoverable link.

    We will look into it and if compatible we will add support to WC Field Factory plugin.
