Custom Fields not showing,

  • HI THERE,I’m having an issue that when i add custom shipping or billing fields for checkout page, it doesn’t show up. I have tried using Field editor Plugin and by calling a function. it doesn’t do anything, can you help me regarding this issue. Thank you so much

    Thanks for reaching out!

    It’s possible that there might be a conflict with another plugin or your theme. I recommend deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default theme like Storefront temporarily to see if the issue persists.

    If the problem is resolved, you can reactivate your plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.

    If you’re still experiencing issues, please share your?System Status Report?that you can find via?WooCommerce > Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    I can see you’re using the WooCommerce Blocks to manage the cart and checkout pages which most of these plugins haven’t adapted to.

    To fix this, simply revert back to WooCommerce shortcodes. For detailed instructions, please refer to this guide: https://woo.com/document/cart-checkout-blocks-status/#section-6
