Custom fields not showing in Add New Category

  • HI,
    First of all, it’s very good plugin. Working great.
    But i faced one problem,
    My custom fields are not showing when i try to add new category.
    All custom fields are showing inside edit category.

    Is there any way to display custom fields on Add New Category page.
