    Hello,

    I am trying to add a custom field however when try to add it the page just hangs after i select the button. I get a blank area where the original form was and a black dotted circle continously loading with no outcome.

    Can you please advise?

    Also, while you have mentioned that the transfer of agenct functinality is not working at the moment, when a live chat comes in there is no department displaying. We need the department to display so we know which agent needs to answer that chat (seeing as we cannot transfer at the moment) – can you please help?

    Hi,

    In the latest update custom fields are now working – I have added postcode and it shows when a live chat is first initiated.

    The proble is this field is then not shown in admin? I was expecting the postcode to show with the name and email address on teh live chat screen so our agents can see it, but it does not.

    I also cannot see it when i click to start the chat with them, nor can i see it on the chat history.

    Can we please have this information to show on the screen when a chat is waiting so our agents can see it?

    Hello @michellet2019 ,

    Can you please check with the latest version of the plugin that the custom fields are in the right panel of the chat conversations.
