Custom fields placeholder shown if value os empty

Hey!

While implementing the plugin in a website I noticed that if I add a custom field via {company} placeholder into the “Enter Custom Field Markup” textarea and the post displayed by the block doesn’t have that field or the field is empty the placeholder is shown to website visitors.

I guess it could be fine to show the placeholder to a user that works on the website. But a post visitor should never see the placeholder.
Would prefer to not see the placeholder even as a admin if the field is empty.

So many issues by me today. Just donated to support the development of this plugin.
