Custom fields to become links???

Hi! I have custom fields defined to each of my posts. Let’s say is… Color (just for example). I print the custom fields below the title of the post. But I would like the custom field to act as a link, meaning that if at some post I have: Color – Red, I would like to be able to click on Red and find ALL posts which has the key (custom field) Color set to Red.
