custom fields to profile registration

Hi support,

Currently I am using PMP in combination with Buddypress for a charity website (in production, not live atm). Registering works as it should, but out of the box PMP only shows the basic five fields (Dutch Alert). The fields seem to be generated from this shortcode: [pmpro_checkout]

The client however needs more information, so we’ve expanded the profile fields as you can see in this screenshot (again Dutch alert). The fields were added to the basic group and according the documentation they should appear on the subscribe form, but they don’t.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?
