custom field "date picker" not work

hi, i have tried to create a custom field on getresponse for select a date, but when insert the name of field in custom field of this plugin and try to complete a form not receive the data from this field .in contact form 7 the date is selected with date picker
how setup a field for receive a date from cf7 date picker ??
