  • Hello,

    I am looking for a form builder or creator.
    my requirement is , I will enter some data from admin console into the form and save it. It should be visible to front end users if they input the number in the front end form.

    sorry for my bad English and explanation.
    it is like I will issue one certificate to a student. he can come to the website and enter his certificate number to see his name and course he completed.

    What you need, can be done with our WordPress form builder plugin, CaptainForm: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/captainform/. You can add for each student a HTML block, where you can insert the information about them. For each HTML block you can create a rule and depending on the code that the student inserts into a field, the HTML block containing his details, will be displayed.
