    Hello

I am trying to display different forms for the various campaigns I am setting up. I am also using the Divi Modules add on plugin as I am using Divi as my theme.

Upon selecting the form to display on the front end, I am not able to see the customised content including the heading, description or colours. Instead I see the default heading ‘Support Our Cause’ and default green primary colour. I tried using the shortcode instead of the Divi Donations Form Module but it still pulls in default content.

Please advise me on changes I need to make to resolve this. Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi @webverinedesign,

    I cannot reproduce this locally.
Just so we are on the same page, this is what I did.
    1. Created a donation form and customized some of the texts in the form.
    2. Using the Divi Modules plugin, I added the form to a page using the Divi Builder.
    3. On my test site, the customized form shows in the Divi Builder and on the frontend.

If you’re not seeing the customized form in the builder preview, it maybe a cache issue. Publish the page and check if the form shows correctly on the frontend of the form.

If you are using a cache plugin or your host has some server-level cache try to clear it before you edit the page again.

    Hello

Thank you for getting back to me with a resolution. Apologies for the delay, the notification had ended up in my spam folder.

I have managed solve the issue by using the Give Form Grid module for Divi. Now the multiple forms are displaying with the correct image and custom heading etc. However I set the Display format to redirect to the form page but the form opens in a Modal on the same page. What could be the wrong in this situation.

    Please let me know.

    Kind regards
    Reggie

This is a known issue. The workaround is to use the form grid shortcode instead: https://givewp.com/documentation/core/shortcodes/give_form_grid/

You can follow up on the progress of the fix here https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/give-divi-donation-modules-should-respect-parameters-set-for-the-giveformgrid-sh.

Our feedback site is designed to be the single source for all updates on particular issues. If any movement has happened, it will be displayed there for both the public and our team internally.

If specific feedback only has a handful of votes, that influences the priority we place on it. The more votes, the faster things get worked on!
