Custom form with no amount shows suggested donation amounts on Paypal

I’ve created a donate form, and I want users to be able to enter whatever amount they want when they get to Paypal. I do not want to show suggested donation amounts. But as soon as I make edits to my form, when I test it, I see suggested donation amounts when the user arrives at PayPal. I’ve contacted Paypal, but they’ve told me the issue is with the plugin. Is there a way to remove the suggested donation values that appear on the paypal page? I don’t see anywhere in the plugin settings to select or remove these.
