Custom Forms alignment

  • Hello,
    I purchased the custom forms add-on.
    I get it to work perfectly, however, on my front end page the radio buttons and checkboxes show up above the labels and centered so it’s very confusing. Is this a theme issue or can it be sorted out through the plugin?
    I also added NL translation, but, some pages are in dutch, some aren’t.
