custom-frontend-lite.min.css missing

Hi, I’m using multi-site feature, and I just found out recently that every times I updated the wordpress and elementor plugins, this file was missing: /wp-content/uploads/sites/9/elementor/css/custom-frontend-lite.min.css caused my Swedish site broken, do you know why it’s happening and how to prevent that from happening again in the future?
