Custom function for theme navigation

  • Hey everyone, i have made a theme and it can be seen here:
    omar.elementfx.com

    And as you can see there is a menu in front of the header image, is it possible have a way to change these links by making a function (similar to the default theme and the function for changing the header) so that i would not have to edit the theme to change/add links.
    All help appreciated.
