Custom Header and Footer are not displayed correctly on website

    Hello,

    I just created a website using free version elementor and hello world template. For header and footer templates, Im using Elementor Header and Footer Builder.

    The issue is that in the website, the header and footer are displaying the custom template without any styling or formating (desktop and mobile versions). Also in the mobile version, the navigation menu is not working, in some pages the hamburger is displayed but the menu panel doesnt open and in other pages the navigation menu is just displayed as a list at the beginning of the page.

    I already made the following actions to resolve the issue without success:
    1) purged all cache using litespeed cache plugin
    2) deleted local cache from devices
    3) deactivated all plugins and reactivated all 1 by 1 to find if any of them was affecting the header/footer templates.
    4) changed the “add theme support method” in the hello world theme.
    5) replaced the hello world theme with other theme.
    6) regenerated CSS in elementor.
    7) changed in elementor the css print method.

    I checked the URL you shared and it seems that the header and footer are displayed properly. Also, the nav menu in the header seems good. I checked on both desktop and mobile and all looked well.

    Can you confirm if the issue is resolved at your end or still persist?
    If persist can you share some screencast or screenshot and more info about the issue so we can take a look and help you resolve the issue?
