Custom Header and Top Bar Menu not displaying correctly in mobile view

Hello. I have a staging site where I created a custom header using a container in Elementor with an image and text overlay. It looks great on desktop but in mobile view the text gets smushed and moved. Also on mobile view my top bar and menu disappear. Above is a link to desktop view. All my plug-ins are updated and cache cleared.
