Custom header image default sizes

    In the file custom-header.php, the function minimalistblogger_custom_header_setup does not contain width or height declarations. As a result, when specifying a header image in the customizer, these instructions are presented:

    Click “Add new image” to upload an image file from your computer. Your theme works best with an image with a header height of 0 pixels — you’ll be able to crop your image once you upload it for a perfect fit.

    A height of zero pixels? ??

    Hi there, yikes that seems like a bug, we’ll look into it.
    The ideal height is 400 pixels, sorry about that
