• My team and I were impacted by COVID-19 due to corporate layoffs so I decided to start my own consulting business. I created a website and recently launched but noticed that my custom header image has disappeared – it is a San Francisco (SF) city landscape because I work in the SF Bay Area. I’ve been researching the issue but can’t find a remedy. I could really use some help.

From the WordPress dashboard: Appearance -> Dashboard -> Customizing Header Media
Current Header: I see the SF city landscape image
View Website: the SF city landscape use to appear at the top center of every page with my MCS/Rocket logo overlaid on top of the header image.

    Specifics:
    – Hosted by Bluehost with WordPress
    – Theme: OceanWP
    – Plug-ins: Bluehost; Elementor; Elementor Pro; Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights
    – Really Simple SSL
    – UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
    – WP Forms Lite

  • The image you have in the center of the homepage turns out to be a Logo.

Appearance / Customize / Header / Logo / – Set the image to your liking.

    Hi,

Have you adde custom Codes in the site?

If yes, Please remove the custom code, clear the cache and check.

Go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Media, and select the image again and check.
