• Hello,

I had someone design a header image for me. I uploaded it to my media library as a .jpg. However, I get the little broken image icon at the centre of what should be the image I uploaded. It doesn’t show up in Chrome or Safari (haven’t check IE). I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. I have tried uploading other random .jpg on my computer with the exact same result: broken image icon. I have tried uploading from two different laptops. I amusing the 2011 theme.

Please keep in mind that I have NO coding experience and did not need to do any coding to get my site up and running, so please keep that in mind when responding.

    Site url: https://mynumberonefeeling.com/

Note that the image you see on the right hand side was taken from google images, and placed in my image folder. It manages to show up for some reason.

    Thank you!

  • The image is being taken from the wrong place –

But judging from the URL used for your other rescources (scipts and styles), it should be this –

I know you have said you are not a coder, but you are going to have to look in your scource I’m afraid and see how this image is being added.
