custom header image not displaying on shop page

Unfortunately this plugin cannot display content on Archive pages, which is what your “shop” page is. This is one of the many reason I developed and released a plugin called Blox. The free version is available here on www.ads-software.com: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/blox-lite.

I encourage you to give it a try. It really is much better than this plugin!

Thank you so much for blox-lite.. this plugin is really cool but still i have same problem. i disabled all plugins but no luck. I’m using agency pro theme. can you please check what’s going wrong.

Are you using a Local Block (added on the page’s edit screen) or a Global Block (custom post type)? If Local, what is happening is that page is getting overwritten by the archive template. So you will want to use a Global Block that has enhanced location settings. You will want to select “Archive Pages” and then drill down to the one you want.

If you are using a Global Block and it is not working, please let me know what you are using to generate that Shop archive. From the looks of it, I am guessing Woocommerce, but please confirm. I will then test and provide more detailed instructions. But either way, if you want to target archives, you will need to use a Global block.

I would say wow!!!.. you are awesome.. I was using local block and now i created global block for product archive and it works. Again thank you so much. I would highly recommended this plugin and use for all my genesis projects.
