Thanks samboll, though that’s not quiet what I’m in need of. I don’t need the image to rotate per-say, I just need the user to choose a unique image for every page. There will actually be two images that appear in two separate places on the page when all is said and done: the header and the sidebar.

There’s a Unique Article Header Image Plugin – where you can change header image in individual Posts or Pages.

Thanks for the suggestion mercime (you a fan of the band?) but that plugin isn’t very well documented from what I can see and unfortunately requires me to hack WordPress by disabling revisions. But thank you for the attempt!
