Custom header stretched in Firefox–Genesis Framework, Foodie Pro child theme

    I am in the process of building my site (it’s not yet launched). I customized the width of the header so that it spans most of the content and sidebar, but I opened the site in Firefox only to discover that it displays incorrectly (here are partial screenshots of the problem: 1) the correct display: Correct Display and 2) the stretched display in Firefox: Stretched Display).

    I tried changing “width: 100%” to “max-width: 100%”, which reportedly worked in the past, but it did not resolve the problem. Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

  • Have you tried asking for assistance from the place where you purchased the theme from, as per the Forum Welcome?

    The theme demo displays differently to your screenshots, so you’re better off asking people who already own the theme so they can inspect further for you.
