Custom Hierarchical Taxonomy Does’t Show on Add/Edit Post

What are your settings for the taxonomy? You can get an easy to copy/paste version of them in the Tools menu and the “Taxonomies” tab. Should be a textarea that shows some output that you can send my way.

Hmm, not managing to recreate with just the taxonomy content alone. Is the “product” post type registered with CPTUI as well?

Also, just in case, are these content types being moved to CPTUI away from a different plugin or theme?Asking because if you have the old version still in place and getting registered, it’s possible that that version could be getting registered last, and thus being the one used.
