Custom Home Page widget and HTML editing

I have a question about the custom home page. You say it uses Page Builder, but all the other pages have the tabs up the top where you can choose “VISUAL” “TEXT” or “PAGE BUILDER” except the custom home page that only displays the page builder option?
I am using your ORIGAMI theme and at the bottom of the page are three SITE ORIGIN ICON AND TEXT widget. I am trying to make the link from these widgets open in a new page, at the moment when people click on them it automatically changes the current page.
My question is this, how can I edit the page in HTML (or TEXT mode) so I can change this link to open in a new page? Alternatively is there a modification to this widget so I can get the link to open in a new page.
I have looked everywhere for an answer and it is driving me CRAZY!!
