    Hi Newki75

Unfortunately, I have no solution for that. I suppose your theme is currently not compatible with our plugin. I’m sorry. I will make a note of this for our developers to keep that in mind.

What you might try to do now is to disable “Fixed widget” in your Widgets setup (WordPress – Appearance – Widgets). After that, you need to enter the IDs of the 3 widgets into the “Custom IDs” field in your Fixed Widget Options (WordPress – Appearance – Fixed Widget Options). As far as I can see the IDs are:

    media_image-8
    text-10
    custom_html-6

The names of the IDs will probably change if you change the widget’s setup. In that case, you need to find out the correct IDs using the developer mode of your web browser (right-click on the element and click on “inspect” and look for the identifier within id="...").

    Does this help?`

    Kind regards, Odilo

Tx for your quick answer! Indeed, it could be useful that your developers fixed this because Avada is the 2nd theme the most sold on Themeforest.
I’ve done differently, created a text area for my buttons instead of html.
Tx @oric2016 Odilo for your answer !
