Custom icon library plugin

I followed the instructions on your blog, but wanted the icons in a separate plugin instead of adding them to my theme. So I created one a simple one, and also made it available on Github if anyone wants it.

One still has to add icons manually in the js. file, as you describe in your blogpost.
