Custom Icons all will load except for email icon

    Hello,

    This is my site: https://www.rachelrumbelow.com

    I was able to insert custom icons for all of them but the email one. Not sure why. When I click insert, it does absolutely nothing. It is being very stubborn and I can’t figure it out.

    Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi Rachel, did you check the points in our FAQ regarding uploading custom icons, https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/faq? But it’s very strange that it works with the other icons… Do you have a cache plugin installed? If so, please disable it temporarily to see if it fixes it.

    I did, but like you said, the other icons worked so it didn’t apply to me. Also, I do have a cache plugin installed but didn’t install it until after I set up the icons, so that isn’t it. It doesn’t even show up in the settings part.

    Does it work if you now upload another icon (not email icon)? Is the email-icon in a different format than the others?

    I tried several different icon files to see if maybe the file I was using was corrupt and none of them would take. The email icon is the exact same format as the others. It’s very strange. I can’t figure it out at all. I keep trying it and it just won’t upload anything.
