    Hey,
I am currently facing an issue while trying to use the custom image option provided in the free version of Be Rocket Ajax Product Filter. It’s the first time I set a filter like that. My filter’s custom image doesn’t show up on my page : for example I have a filter named “Patterns” so that visitors can filter product according to the patterns present on the product. Instead of having the image i uploaded during the creation of my filter, I have an empty box. Everything works fine in the filtering process but i cannot see the image I uploaded (the format of my images are png, jpeg under 5Ko). I read that it could happen because of the lazy load feature that I have with my 3W Total Cache settings. I disabled it, but nothing changed. Could you please help me on this ?
    Thank you

    Hello,

Yes, it seems your site has some image lazy load script that cause this issue.
Try to disable Lazy load functionality and clear all the caches.

    Thank you very much,
It seems like last time, i forgot to clean the caches !
But my issue now is that I need lazy load to speed up my website. Is there a way to have lazyload and the custom image filter working together ?

Okay I found a solution that worked for me : i needed to disable lazyload only on those images so if you’re using 3W TOTAL CACHE :
Go to Dashboad > User Experience > Go to Exclude words textarea and specify “bapf” on the next line after the word list that was already there. bapf_* is an expression that you will find in every <span> of BeRocket Ajax filter for custom images. I will let you know if I have other issues.
    Thank you !
