Custom image upload

  • Hi,

    I have a custom image uploader it uploads a logo image on a custom post type. It was working when I first created it but now when you click upload and pick and image a alert pops up saying:

    “The CCTM plugin was unable to determine the ID of the related item. Avoid using alternate sizes of images.”

    If I click choose image this alert does not pop up but the page freezes and you can therefore not publish it or update it.

    Do you have any idea why this could be? I have tried deleting the image upload and creating a new one and it has the same problem.
