Custom image URL and ThirstyAffiliates

I am trying to use a “Custom image URL” generated by ThirstyAffiliates which cloaks the URL as https://blackbullwebdesign.com/go/wp-plugin-info-card/, yet when I preview the draft is shows as https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-plugin-info-card/. I an wondering if this is a glitch or is there a compatability issue with ThirstyAffiliates.
Love the cards and do want to use, especially the pro version…
