Custom Images is not working on mobile

    Hello, I am using Countdown theme and everything work fine on dekstops, but on mobiles custom image on background do not appear. I’ve tried everything, including force from CSS but nothing work.

    Can you help me ? I am a bit late with this and I want to start my marketing campage. I have to make it work on mobile to.

    PS: Is working from a galaxy s9+ but only with chrome, is the single device that have no problems. I’ve used 5 differets devices and all the browsers that are.

    Hello, it did not work for me about 2 hours ago while I was checking it – both galaxy s10 and iphones – but when I wanted to troubleshoot now, it loaded images correctly.

    Could you please double check if that is OK at your end as well?

    Hello Ales, unfortunetly is still not working.. I’ve checked again on multiple devices. I don`t know what is blocking the image, since the overlay appear.

    Hello, I checked again, and on both Android and Iphone it works for me – see attached screen from iphone8 https://imgur.com/a/L6lwxn4

    Unfortunately I cannot troubleshoot since it is working for me, but I believe you should see some errors in PHP logs, if you can access them, since the image request must be made but it’s not loading.
