Custom Instalation – Predefined admin details

Hi,
I’m looking to do have this kind of functionality.
Something like a local tokenized text file as input, and then a prog/script to go via my hosts cpanel, and make it all happen… subdomains, creation, base config tweaks, plugins, themes yada yada

Did you get anywhere with this, and/or do you know any resources that would get me moving in the right direction?
