I’m using this plugin to subscribe people from popups using scroll triggered boxes and that’s working fine. However, when I try to add a custom integration check box to my checkout page (using Paid Memberships Pro) the button shows up, but does not subscribe users to the list. How can I tell if it is correctly grabbing the email/first name from the form, or if some other error is occurring?

My site is not live unfortunately so I cannot share a link.

    I’m using MC4WP 3.0.9, WP 4.4 and PHP version 5.3.28.

    Thanks for your help

  • I am also facing problem with Paid Membership Pro. I am trying to integrate Aweber lists to the PMPro but it says “No Lists Found”. Not sure if there are some problems with PMPro

I’m finding PMPro pretty good overall, however there isn’t much support for non-premium members. I did have trouble with their PMPro Mailchimp Addon though, kept throwing errors on many different pages.

    Hey everyone,

Thank you for contacting us. We’re aware of things not working as smoothly as they could with PMPro. I’ve contacted the developer of PMPro to see if we can work on a solution.

JamesLim2701 and Alino, if you are having problems integrating other platforms with PMPro it might be a good idea to open up a ticket in the PMPro forum. That will get you better answers!

Thanks for looking into this. Please keep me updated on if this gets fixed.

Hi, everyone. I can look into the interaction here, but can you give me detailed steps to reproduce the errors and/or include copies of the error text you are seeing and when?

I’ve just tested again, and the checkbox is now subscribing people to the list correctly. However, it is taking the person’s username as their first name, but I’m sure this is an easy fix. I apologise for wasting your time.
