Custom language file problem

  • Hi,
    I’m using last version of plugin(6.3.8).
    I wanted to use Hebrew translation, so I:

    1. Set define(‘WPLANG’, ‘he_IL’); in wp-config.php. (it works, because I can see wordpress internal words in Hebrew on my website).

    2. Added Hebrew theme-my-login-he_IL.po & theme-my-login-he_IL.mo files from last version they were (6.2). I put them in the folder /wp-content/plugins/theme-my-login/language to the side of the file theme-my-login.pot.

    3. The English strings on my website didn’t turn into Hebrew.

    4. I thought maybe the po&mo files don’t fit to the new version of the plugin. So, I created new ones using POEDIT using the default theme-my-login.pot file.

    5. Still no success..

    Can someone help me as to what am I doing wrong??
