The link above is supposed to move directly down the page to where my board members are. It did originally when the website was made a few years back, but all of a sudden it stopped working. It no longer moves anywhere. I’ve tried recreating the page. I’m not a programmer or anything like that. I dabble a little with the website, but I don’t really know what to do beside the basics.

There is also another link that does not work correctly… https://josephmfannellmemorialfund.org/#Joe. This used to work as well, and it no longer does.

    Please help.

    Hi there, @efannell

    Thank you for using Neve!

I checked your URL, and the anchor works well for the About section (#joe). However, I manually checked the Board Members section, and the correct ID is “#members”, instead of “#board”, as you linked it in the menu. That’s why scrolling to the desired section isn’t working as expected.

To solve this issue, kindly check the menu item and change the anchor from “board” to “members”.

If you need help, we have a dedicated doc that explains how to link menu to sections in neve – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1382-how-to-link-menu-to-sections-in-neve.

Would you happen to know why the other link is not working? https://josephmfannellmemorialfund.org/joethroughtheyears

    Hey @efannell

I checked and all the links are working fine, can you provide more information?

    Thank you!

At the top of the page where it says, Joe “Through the Years” if you click on that, it supposed to go to the spot on the website where there is a photo album of Joseph when he was younger. It doesn’t do that. It just stays still.

    Hi @efannell,

I’m glad you solved it with the first anchor.
I checked again, and it seems like you don’t have an anchor on the ‘Joe Through the Years’ section. From what I understood from you, you should add a section ID called “years” on that menu item. To do this, please use the doc I provided above, similar to what you did for the first case.

Let me know how this works for you!

It’s still not working. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I tried to delete it and put it back and it still doesn’t work.

Indeed, there is no ID on that section yet.

From what I see on your website, the only difference between the Board Members section and the Joe Through the Years is that Board Members has the class text-center and an ID, and the second one has class “writing-style” and no ID.

Can you investigate a bit in this regard?
