  • Hi AMP Plugin Admins,

We are using betheme, which its own visual composer but normal wp amp plugin works if we add content in normal wordpress editor along with the visual editor. But to do this i have to replicate data into normal wordpress editor. My question does your plugin support betheme page builder contents?

    My second question,

But problem is that our home page is single page style. Its services and other top nav bar links are working with #id based on same page. It works fine for normal site and mobile device but in amp it plugin doesn’t work well.

    Hello Bilalfds,

To open the amp page you’ll have to append “?wpamp” at end of URL so it will become https://www.example.com/?wpamp, Any custom written JS doesn’t work on AMP pages that’s why it loads faster. You can not scroll to specific section in the AMP page using #tag just like we do in one pager site.

Let us know if you have any query. Thanks.

    Hello onlyurmoon,

As mentioned above, AMP doesn’t work with custom javascript so its not possible to access different sections via #tag just like normal one pager website. As of now the plug-in doesn’t support visual composer and plug-in is not tested with any other paid theme. There are number of themes available and everyone follow their own framework/standards to develop a theme using different page builders. So rather than making the plug-in comfortable with specific theme we’ve developed the plug-in in the way that, if theme was developed using the WP standards than WP AMP plug-in will work fine. Hope it will clarify all your doubts, in case of any query reply us back here. Thanks.
