• I’m trying to add a custom link to a widget result rather than a blog post. For example:

    [CUSTOM-LINK id=”upcoming-events” class=”widget-container widget_calendar_upcoming” style=”color: #f00″ tracking=0]

    [CUSTOM-LINK ID=”upcoming-events” style=”color: #f00″ tracking=0]

    I have also tried:

    [CUSTOM-LINK href=”upcoming-events” class=”widget-container widget_calendar_upcoming” style=”color: #f00″ tracking=0]

    [CUSTOM-LINK href=”upcoming-events” style=”color: #f00″ tracking=0]

Also tried above without the “” quote marks.

Is there a way to have widget results show up? The widget I’m trying to have show up is from “Calendar Plus”.

The custom link placeholder works only inside newsletters. You have to write new code to use it also in posts or widgets, or I think you can look for an existing plugin that already makes the same thing.

I did not make myself clear.

I’m trying to get the content created by a widget, to be included in the newsletter.

A more generic question, can ALO EasyMail Newsletter pull anything from a WordPress site other than a “post” to be inserted into the newsletter?
