custom links with ajax?

Ajax links only work with WooCommerce, because WordPress does not allow custom ajax links through security reasons.

Do you have any suggestion to add a domain product to the cart with different prices for different tlds?

Write code in functions.php to detect meta value for Domain and then change price for domain product?

You would have to set up a product for each TLD or work with variations.
