Custom listing type listings not showing in fronend

  • Hi, i am having a weird interaction when creating a listing that is assigned to a non-predifined listing type. So i imported a demo that had some predefined listing types. When trying to add a listing from frontend dashboard, listings are shown in domain/account/my-listing/ page correctly. I needed some more listing types so i created one more. Only in this particular one, listings are not showing in the backend. It shows published (1) and “No listings found” notice at the same time. Do i have to do something to register that custom listing type?

    Please try to create a Listing via WP Dashboard Screenshot and make sure that all the settings in Listing Type were configured in a proper way.

    Please inform us about the result after managing all the steps.

    Even if i do add it from backend menu, it still does not appear in the frontend panel. I did set up a new listing type according to your documentation. It does appear right on the frontend website, it does not appear at all in agents panel, which is kind of crucial. I though it might have to do with slugs because there is no option on customizing the slug (Greek language is weird in slugs), i did use an English word as a name but it did not solve the issue.
    It seems like the new custom listing type does not register listing properly in the front end dashboard. Do you have anything else in mind that could help?

    We checked this case on our test websites and didn’t find the case you describe. In the first post you mentioned importing the demo, could you please clarify if you are using Theme? If yes, then you can create a ticket and our support managers will consider this case on your website:
