    Hi guys

I have a custom log in page ‘/members-login-page’

While all users have F2A set to disabled and only Admin is set to F2A – All users still get the following messaging (including admin when using the custom url login page)

ERROR: An error was encountered while trying to authenticate. Please try again.

How can I get around this?? Seems to be no way to kill F2A function on settings or to set a custom page?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @69thelememt, thanks for getting in touch.

Wordfence’s Login Security tools (reCAPTCHA and 2FA) currently only support the default registration and login forms for WordPress and WooCommerce.

Whilst I appreciate your users may be using a different form to the administrators, when the Login Security module is enabled for utilizing 2FA or reCAPTCHA, its expected input will not be receiving the 2FA or reCAPTCHA data it needs to verify the login. The check can’t be bypassed based on the page trying to login at this time.

    Thanks,
    Peter.
