Custom login page displaying as “not found”

Great plugin!
We have a custom login page:
https://hotsnippet.com/owens/log-in/when we enter a Bid Value and submit the bid here:
https://hotsnippet.com/owens/auctions-listing/?ult_auc_id=38
It takes us here:
https://hotsnippet.com/owens/log-in&wdm-bid-val=100000But it says the page does not exist.
The issue seems to be the url portion “&wdm-bid-val=100000”The page is already added in the plugin General Settings.
Why is it happening and how can we fix it?
