    Hello.
I’ve been at SiteGround for some time now and I didn’t start using Security Optimizer until today.
I used another tool for custom login URL
I also used another tool for 2-factor authentication.
When I removed these tools today and started using Security Optimizer tools, the problems have started.

    Details:
1st – The QR to connect with Google Authenticator was not displayed.
The SiteGround team did their thing on my site, and it was up and running.
2nd – When I log in with the custom URL and 2-factor authentication, it works from an office computer.
But when I perform the same operation from a mobile device, it never gives me access to the administrator panel.
I go back to the custom URL and 2-factor authentication, but it takes me back to the website, without access to the WordPress admin panel.

I tested it with several devices, on Android and iPhone, in Chrome and Safari, and it didn’t work in any of the cases.
I could use another plugin, but this one is supposed to be very good and works very well on SiteGround.
Did you have a case similar to this?
    can you help me?
The SiteGround team apparently sees no problem
    Thank you

    Hello @miguelappstudio,

Without direct access to your website, it is challenging to determine the exact cause of the reported behavior. Since you are a SiteGround customer, the most effective way to address this is through our Help Desk. Please open a ticket with our technical support team and provide as much information as possible – steps to recreate the issue, login credentials needed in the process, etc. This will allow us to examine your website, assess any potential issues with the Security Optimizer plugin, and propose a suitable solution.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Regards,
    Dimo

Thank you for giving me your time.

The fact is that I have left the tools I used to use those offered by Security Optimizer, assuming that for SiteGround sites, they work well.
    But it’s not like that.
Someone told me that if I find other different tools and they work, use them.
But I am not in favor of loading a site with plugins for everything, especially being sure that there are already installed tools.
But finally, I will have to give up using Security Optimizer, and use other tools, seeing that there is no solution to the problem.

I have already explained what happens:

When I log in with the custom URL and 2-factor authentication, it works from an office computer.
But when I perform the same operation from a mobile device, it never gives me access to the administrator panel.
I go back to the custom URL and 2-factor authentication, but it takes me back to the website, without access to the WordPress admin panel.

I tried it with several devices, on Android and iPhone, in Chrome and Safari, and it didn’t work in any of the cases.

    If they can’t help me,

it’s okay. Luckily there are many tools on the market to achieve these functionalities.
My case may be special, but when we make a new tool, we make sure it is useful for all users.

Thank you for giving me your time.
Greetings and congratulations for your products

    Hello again.
I must say that thanks to the support that the SiteGround team has given to my colleague, we have managed to correct the error on all our sites.
The problem was in the final URL that we entered after LOGIN.
We did not enter the correct URL, and that is why it took us to the LOGIN page again and again.
Once again, I must thank you for the prompt support you have given us.
I must also thank the SiteGround team again. For details of this type and for its potential in the servers, we are glad to have chosen SiteGround

    Thank you
