Custom Login URL issues (new)

    Symptoms are similar to the previous post on this topic:

    Attempts to input a custom login URL give “page not found” errors from WordPress. Error also occurs on attempts to logout from wordpress.

    Unlike the previous solution, .htaccess and rewrite rules for webserver is NOT missing. Whitelisting has been eliminated as possible culprit.

    Cerber Diagnostic information:
    [REQUEST_URI] => /wp-admin/admin.php?page=cerber-tools

    (This value is the same as other sites were the custom login page is working correctly.)
