    Hi there,

We are using Siteground security on a membership site (MemberPress, LearnDash and WooCommerce being the main plugins in the stack) and have an off-canvas on all pages for logged-out users to log in.

However, when any user attempts to log in with this off-canvas login form, they are not actually logged in and are instead redirected to the 404 page.

We’ve done some testing and have found that this only happens when the custom login URL is set within the Siteground Security plugin. Testing includes plugin and theme conflicts.

We’d really like to keep using the custom URLs, so can you please advise how we can get this working?

    Thanks.

    Hello @lochievaughan, ?

When a Custom Login URL set, it changing the default WordPress login URLs (/wp-admin, /wp-login.php) to the custom URL of your choice. When enabled, all requests to the default login addresses will be redirected to 404 Not Found.?

The way the issue is described, it looks like the login page of the membership plugin is trying to redirect the users to wp-admin or wp-login.php, instead of the custom URL. This could also happen if there are 2 different custom login URLs created with different plugins.?

I am afraid it would not be possible to advise you properly since we have no access to the website. If you are a SiteGround customer, you can contact our Technical Support team so we can investigate in detail.?

    Best Regards,?
