    I can not write the name of the theme at the beginning of the custom logo code. Other authors write their names at the_custom_logo beginning. But I’m trying to write the name of the theme. Was this theme rejected by my review team this way?

    No, your themes have been consistently rejected because they’re not your themes. You have now three times uploaded a theme made by somebody else, but renamed to your own name, and with the original author credits removed.
