Custom Lost Password URL

I am thinking that maybe there is a solution that does not involve plugins.
I changed the link using the lostpassword_url filter, but now I have to somehow display the default lost password page on the new custom link.

Any solution for this?

Thanks for your help, but the article is not helping me, because it is only changing the url but not display the lost password page on that url.
