    Hi want to know how can I change layout and content of receiving mail

    Hi @tpsve ,

    Which template/layout do you want to change?

    You can change the transcript one under Settings-> General Settings -> Chat Transcript Settings

    Going to admin ,when new user ping in chat

    Unfortunately that is currently not editable. We might however consider adding it in a future release!

    Unfortunately not as this is just a consideration. If we do implement this we will let you know by updating this topic.
