    Hi there! I have problems with the custom menu:
    – If you choose to show “none”, 2 items appear that I don’t want, RSS and visit the site …
    – If I choose “hide the custom menu” in the widget settings, all player style settings disappear.
    Is it possible to take a look to fix it? Thank you!

    Hi,

    I cannot re-produce the error. Can you please just show a sample page of broken podcast player. So that I can help you out.

    Ok. I checked the screenshots. I think this is a specific problem with your website configuration.

    To identify correct issue, Kindly follow below mentioned steps,
    1. On error page (Page where podcast player is displayed with error), right click on the page and select “Inspect” and then click on “Console” tab (As shown in the linked screenshot). If you see any error in red color, please provide screenshot of that error msg.

    2. If you do not see any error message in the console, kindly create a sample page with the podcast player on your website and share that page’s link. I will check and provide solution.
