Custom Menu Issues, can not add more than 28 menu items in wordpress 3.0.1

  • I found I can not add more than 28 menu items in one menu (top menu 1). I use custom menu with 3 hierarchical levels. If add more menu item than that, I the menu suppanel: the page: /wp-admin/nav-menus.php will not display, instead a 404 page Not found page will be shown, and the url is : https://www.example.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php, any body has the same issue? Or what custom menu plug in are you using?

  • I also have the same issue with the most recent wordpress version.Afetr iserting a certain amount of menu items I get the following:

    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/nav-menus.php on this server.

    A help would be very mauch apreciated. thanks a lot.
