Custom Menus (followup for teknohippy/trixienolix/anyone?)

  • Discovered the forum on custom menus and am curious if I could ask a followup on this? I didn’t see where I could post the question directly to the Custom Menus on Different Pages thread, even though it wasn’t resolved.

    Anywho….
    In a 3-column theme in which I want to put different ‘ads’ in the right column on each of my different pages and have them be editable, in your suggested solution, do I or can I merely create another page in WP that is just those ads specific to a page (ie page 3 gets an ad for sake of example only: Target, Walmart, USBANK) and then when page 3 displays WP calls us this page 3 menu?

    or….am I completely misunderstanding?
